I have now been using HERBALIFE since January 2014, I have been a Better Body Coach since March 2014, I personally have had NO bad reactions to any of the products. I haven’t felt ill, had a bad stomach, felt dizzy or any of the other ailments that I have heard people say they’ve had. There is one reason that I haven’t been ill, one reason why NONE of my customers have been ill. That reason is, they’ve been doing HERBALIFE properly. The key is to KNOW YOUR NUTRITION.
I have read so so many reports now that say HERBALIFE is a poison, HERBALIFE causes cancer, HERBALIFE makes you ill. I’m sick to the back teeth of reading this so I asked someone who reported to being ill on the products what the issues where. I got the response I expected, the person in question was indeed feeling ill, dizzy, upset stomach, headaches, low energy and so on. I wasn’t happy with this so I decided to dig deeper, find out the cause of the issues, the last thing I want is for myself, my family or anyone else who is using HERBALIFE to be bad.
So I proceeded to do my own evaluation as I would with a new customer, “Whats your diet like?”, “What are you currently eating?”, “Do you do any exercise?”, “What Products are you using?”
I was shocked at the response and immediately found the root of the issues, the problem didn’t lay within the products or the food they was eating but the issue was the poor advice given by the poor “Better Body Coach”.
They was told to have just 2 shakes per day and an evening meal of no more than 600 Calories, that’s approx. 1000 calories a day, this person was also going to the gym three times a week. Now there is no wonder they was ill, not enough food to maintain their body on a normal day, never mind when going to they gym too.
A good HERBALIFE coach would listen to the individuals needs, assess their weekly routines and go from there. Eat at least FIVE times a day, two shakes, Two snacks and a well balanced evening meal with healthy portions plus at least 2L of water a day (this a basic plan example). A lot of people who are reading this will be asking, whats a well balanced meal? Whats a healthy portion size? Whats a snack consist of? I will be writing that up in my next blog.
Luckily I managed to get this person back on the right track and they was able to continue using our products to reach their goals.
For now and to end this post I will say this, eat healthy, consume at least 1200 calories a day, increase to 1600 plus if exercising.
