Is HERBALIFE a diet, well in a word, yes it is. There is a huge difference between the words diet and dieting.
Diet: Food and drink considered in terms of its qualities, composition, and its effects on health. in other words every day eating.
Dieting: To select or limit the food one eats to improve one’s physical condition or to lose weight.
Now HERBALIFE is a highly nutritious diet, its about creating good eating habits, I’m not restricted by what I eat although due to their teachings and help from my better body coach Simon Taylor I have learnt that certain foods aren’t as good for you as other. HERBALIFE is all about promoting a good healthy nutritious diet, if you wish to have a slice of white bread with butter then you can, just be aware that the results on your health may not be as good as if you didn’t. This is where other diets like slimming world and weight watchers differ.
Slimming World, Weight Watchers and all those kind of diets are fads, your dieting and it won’t last as your not guided to the right food groups therefore you might end up losing muscle mass over fat reserves, in this instance, once you go back to eating “normally” you end up putting back on what you lost and more in some instances.
